Scott Can provides a full heater repair and spare parts service from its manufacturing location in Edmonton.
Many component parts are stocked by or available through local distributors throughout western Canada. Otherwise, parts may be ordered directly from Scott Can and can be sent overnight to the desired locations.
Heater damage created by poor quality field gas and other operational difficulties are repaired quickly and efficiently. Experienced sales personnel estimate the repair price and advise the customer what needs to be done. Once the purchase order is received, work proceeds quickly and the heater is returned in guaranteed working condition.
Scott Can is presently working on a limited down time exchange program for heater repairs that is expected to start in 2009.
